TATINO Films

Tatino Films is a film and talent development company with team presence worldwide. With its flagship initiatives, First Cut Lab, Full Circle Lab, and Pop Up Film Residency, and through its multiple partnerships, Tatino Films organizes programs across the world. Each year, labs and residencies are offered to over 200 filmmakers from 50 countries, representing 100 film projects including features, series, and shorts.

 

Tatino Films is dedicated to empowering filmmakers at every stage of their careers, nurturing emerging artists and seasoned professionals alike. The company's programs are designed to build capacity for filmmakers, encouraging them to expand their creative vision and providing them with a platform for international exposure. 

 

As the organizer of the Pop Up Series Incubator, Tatino Films brings its extensive experience to this innovative program, aimed at fostering cross-border collaboration in the European audiovisual landscape.

Matthieu Darras

Matthieu Darras is the founder and CEO of Tatino Films. Since 2019, the company has been designing and implementing film and talent development programs worldwide. Its flagship initiatives are the First Cut Lab, the Pop Up Film Residency, and the Full Circle Lab. Matthieu Darras previously worked for major film festivals such as Cannes, Venice and San Sebastian. He was also at the inception of the TorinoFilmLab, and served as its artistic director until 2018.

Nadja Dumouchel

​Nadja Dumouchel is a script writer and story editor based in Paris and Berlin. She currently co-writes several international feature films and the series Zebras which she co-created with Nicolas Ducray, produced by La Onda (Paris). She collaborated on the script of Sons of Ramses by Clément Cogitore that premiered at Semaine de la Critique in 2022 and wrote the documentary series Art Stories, broadcasted by ARTE in 2019.

 

Nadja studied visual culture, literature and cinema in Brighton, Berlin and Valencia. She was trained as a story editor at Torino Film Lab in 2012 and has since then been consulting for various international film and series labs. She co-founded « La Scénaristerie » in 2014, a development hub for screenwriters based in Paris.

 

She previously worked as a commissioning editor for ARTE. Since 2020 she teaches script writing and dramaturgy at Filmuniversität Konrad Wolf in Babelsberg, Germany.

Ji Lacerna is a film industry professional from the Philippines. She has organized and led several international film training and industry programs for Southeast Asian talents and projects.

​

Previously worked at the Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) where she served for six years. She has led film labs and industry events for Southeast Asian filmmakers such as Full Circle Lab Philippines, the International Film Industry Conference, FDCP Project Market, and the Sine Kabataan Short Film Lab & Festival to name a few. She has collaborated with various film festivals and markets in the world promoting Filipino talents.

Since 2023, Ji has been the Head of Business Development at Tatino Films, she oversees partnerships for global film and talent development programs. She is also currently the program manager of Netflix Grow Creative Labs for Indonesia and Thailand.
